My name is Mrs. Tracy Gaylord.  I teach STEM at Concrete Primary School.  This year is my 25th year teaching.  I have taught first grade and second grade in the classroom and I've also taught 2 years of virtual school with ASD1.  I am so very excited to be back in the classroom this year!

I graduated from Lander University with my bachelor’s degree in elementary education.  I earned my master’s degree in early childhood education from Furman University.  I have also earned a master’s degree in reading from Grand Canyon University.  

My husband and I have been married for 19 years.  He retired as a Corporal with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.  Toni and I have a son, Matthew.  He is 13 years old and in 8th grade this year at Powdersville Middle.  I have two crazy dogs named Max and Jimmy Fred Gaylord.  My students tend to hear lots of fun and interesting stories about my family (as well as the dogs!).

I am a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley.  I love to drink coffee, read, and spend time with my family.  My favorite place to be is sitting on a beach with a book in my hand and my dogs at my feet!
