    I am originally from Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a history degree in 2001, then later earned a M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from Ashland University. I am currently studying at The University of South Carolina.
    My first teaching experience took place in Ohio. Upon moving to Georgetown, South Carolina, I became a middle level social studies teacher in nearby Andrews for seven years. My husband's job brought us to the Upstate, and we live in Easley with our two daughters. I feel so fortunate to continue my teaching career at Wren High School, and look forward to a great year!
