    Welcome to first grade!  I look forward to a great school year. 
     
    My name is Amy Love.  I have been teaching for the past 22 years.  This is my 19th year teaching at Concrete Primary School.  I have taught kindergarten and first grade.  I am a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education.   I received a Masters of Education from Southern Wesleyan University.
     
    I live in Powdersville with my husband, Darrin,  and our four children, Connor (19), Emma Jamison (17), Bella (13) and McKenna (11).  Connor is a sophomore at Clemson University this year and has been excepted into the Student Athletic Trainor Program for the Clemson Tigers.  He is very excited to be working with the football team.  Emma is a senior at Powdersville High School.  Bella is in 8th grade and McKenna is in 6th grade at Powdersville Middle School.   We have several pets! We have one dog (Scout), two Geckos (Blue and Dabo) and one guinea pig (Oreo)   I am a BIG Clemson fan and I love to go to the Clemson football games with my family and friends!!!  Go Tigers!!!  I love to go hiking and/or camping in the mountains. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family.
     
    I love working with young children.  It is so exciting to watch as they grow and learn.  I look forward to working with you and your child to make this a great year!
