    Hello students and parents! Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! This is my 16th year teaching and my third year at Palmetto Elementary. I graduated from Palmetto High School, and I am so excited to be teaching in Anderson District One! I received my Bachelor's Degree from North Greenville University and my Master of Arts in Teaching from Anderson University.
     
    I live in Williamston with my husband Matt and our two children. Anna is in 8th grade and Ben is in 3rd grade.  We also have one fur baby, a chocolate lab named Windsor. I enjoy spending time with my family, worshiping and serving at my church, and curling up with a good book!  
     
    I love teaching and I truly believe that it is a calling in my life. I have high expectations for my students, including both academics and behavior. I believe that all of my students can succeed, and I believe that we can work together as a team to make that happen. I am looking forward to a fantastic school year!
