    Hello! I am Wade Padgett and am very excited about my 8th year teaching at PVMS.  This year I've moved to 6th grade ELA!  Before that, I taught 8th grade ELA.  I also previously taught 6th grade ELA at Palmetto Middle School.  I am a two-time graduate of Clemson University, receiving a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in middle-level education.  I am an avid reader and sports fan, especially baseball.  I am married to my wonderful wife, Amber.  We have the best basset hound in the world, named Omar, and another not-so-great basset hound named Frank.
