My name is Kate Anderson. I have the two best jobs in the world. I am a teacher and a mommy! I have been teaching for fifteen years. Thirteen of those years have been in first grade with ten at Concrete Primary. I am a National Board Certified Teacher. I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood and elementary education from Augustana College and a master's degree in classroom leadership from Southern Wesleyan University. I am also a Master Teacher in the Teacher Residency program at Clemson University.

I live in Powdersville with my husband (Michael) and daughters (Ellie and Charlee). We have a basset hound named Ladybug. When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family taking hikes, swimming at the Y, playing at the park, or going on adventures!
