I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's Degree in History, then earned a Master's Degree in Social Studies Education.  My certifications include Middle Grades Mathematics and Social Studies as well as History and Government. 2022-2023 is my eleventh year at Powdersville Middle School and my fifteenth overall year of teaching.  Originally from Georgia, I moved to South Carolina when I married my wife, Paige, in the summer of 2012.  I enjoy going to the gym, reading, watching and playing sports, and serving the area through my church.  We have four children, ranging in age from 9 to 16.  I am very excited to be working and living in the Powdersville community this year!
