    I began my career in 1999 as a special services teacher at Palmetto High School.  I am also the Scholastic READ 180 Reading Intervention Teacher and ESOL Teacher for our school!
     
    I am a 1995 graduate of Palmetto High School! I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Winthrop University in 1999. I earned my Master of Education degree from Southern Wesleyan University in 2003. In November 2008, I received my National Board for Professional Teaching certification as an Exceptional Needs Specialist!  In 2015, I received my Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction through Liberty University.
     
    My passion is teaching, and I love to see my students succeed in all they do! I offer encouragement and academic support to each of my students.
