Let me introduce myself and give you some background information. My name is Mrs. Kelley Owen McCullough, and this will be my 29th year at Palmetto High School. Before teaching in Anderson School District One I taught in Greenwood School District 50 for 5 years. I received my undergraduate degree from Lander College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Special Education. In 1994, I completed a Masters in Elementary Education from Lander University. I then received my thirty hours above with my second Masters in Education from Furman University in Administration and Supervision by 2001. I have worked on my doctoral degree in Teacher Leadership through Walden University. I am considered ABD (All But Dissertation) with this program. I have a family outside of my career that keeps me busy as well. My husband and I have been happily married for 27 years and we are kept extremely busy by our 4 children. We have 3 daughters and a son (Karsen, Haygen, OwenGrace, and Payten). My oldest daughter graduated from Palmetto High School in 2013, she graduated from Anderson University in 2017, and recently got married to another teacher of individuals with special needs. She is a marketing executive for GeoGraph Technology's, LLC and she has started her own little business called "Bryar and Company." My middle daughter graduated in 2016 from PHS and is currently working as a cosmetologist at the "Rooted...A Southern Salon" in Williamston. My youngest daughter graduated from Palmetto High School in 2020 and is attending Tri-County at the present time. attend school in Anderson One. My son is beginning his seventh grade year at Palmetto Middle.
