This class is a high intensity class designed to improve total body strength and increase athletic
performance. Class activities will include weight training, as well as core strengthening, agility,
foot quickness and speed development. Weight lifting techniques including Olympic lifting will be
included. A variety of equipment will be used including, but not limited to; free weights, weight machines, kettle bells, dumbbells, jump ropes, speed ladders, medicine balls, and plyometric boxes.
