Welcome to 4th grade! My name is Mackenzie Elgin and I am so excited to be teaching your child ELA this year! I graduated from Anderson University in May of 2021 with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I grew up in Williamston, S.C, and graduated from Palmetto High School. I am a proud product of Anderson One, so I am very excited to return home to the district that helped shape me into who I am today! 

I love spending time with my family and friends, going to the gym, playing with my dogs, and being on the beach. On a Saturday during football season, I am cheering on the Clemson Tigers with my husband and friends.
