• OUR VALUES/BELIEFS      Book

    • Respectful
      • Demonstrating respect for self, peers, adults, our school and the community is critical.
      • Respect is a learned behavior. The school, home and community should work together to foster a respectful mindset in our students.
      • Respect is demonstrated in attitude and actions.

    • Responsible
      • Students must take responsibility for themselves and their own actions; the home and the school will work cooperatively with the child to guide the development of this sense of responsibility.
      • Students should know that with every right comes responsibility, and that collective responsibility starts with individual responsibility.
      • The education of our students is the responsibility and partnership of individual students, parents, teachers and community members.

    • Productive
      • Students, teachers, staff and parents must agree that academic work in class and at home is critical to our students’ success in school.
      • Students must demonstrate goal setting strategies in order to accomplish long term success, understanding that today’s choices affect tomorrow’s accomplishments.
      • Students must demonstrate the ability to apply what’s learned to the real world and to real world problems.
      • A cooperative effort among students, peers, teachers, and community members is essential for students to reach their full potential regardless of their ability level or needs.
